At Meepo Board, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance electric skateboard. If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused boards in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team at support@meepoboard.com with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse address for your region.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your board in its original box with all accessories and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the board to confirm it is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
