How long does shipping take for a new Meepo board?
Shipping times vary by region. For US and EU customers, local warehouse stock typically arrives within 3-7 business days. International shipping from our factory may take 15-25 business days depending on customs and sea freight.
What is the warranty period on Meepo products?
All new Meepo electric skateboards come with a 6-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including the motor, battery, and motherboard.
Are Meepo boards waterproof?
Meepo boards are IP54 rated, meaning they are water-resistant against splashes and light rain. However, they are not waterproof. To prevent damage, we recommend avoiding deep puddles and never submerging the board in water.
Can I fly with my electric skateboard?
Standard Meepo batteries typically exceed the 100Wh to 160Wh limit set by most airlines. We offer specific 'Travel Batteries' for certain models that are under 99Wh and compliant with FAA/IATA regulations for air travel.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.
How do I maintain my board for long-term use?
Regularly check and tighten all bolts, keep the charging port dry, and avoid storing your battery at 0% or 100% for extended periods. We recommend keeping the battery between 40-60% during long-term storage.
